What personal data we collect and why we collect it
The DriveSkye website does not store or capture any personal information when someone visits it and does not make a booking. The system will log your IP address along with other information provided by your browser. This may include the name and version of the browser you are using, your operating system and any website address that referred you to the DriveSkye website. This information will only be used for producing anonymous website statistics and will be used to help us with the delivery of the services on the website.
However the system will record personal information if you:
- Provide information by filling in a form on our site, i.e. Name, telephone number, email.
- Make a booking with us, i.e. Name, address, telephone number, email, driving licence information, etc.
- Subscribe, register or apply for services that require personal information to be given
We need your data in order to process the transactions and to abide legal and insurance requirements.
If you make a booking or other purchase, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, PayPal, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, you can visit PayPal's Privacy Policy to see how they process and store your information. Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site. The table below explains the cookies we use and why.

When you visit www.driveskye.com, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out such things as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Where we send your data
We use systems, such as our hosting provider, and third parties that provide services for us including holding our databases. When you make an online booking, your details are stored in a database stored by our hosting provider.
We have contracts in place with them and this means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us. They will hold it securely and retain it for the period we instruct.
If you are located outside United Kingdom and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to United Kingdom and process it here.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
DriveSkye will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

DriveSkye will not sell or rent your information to third parties. Also, we will not share your personal details with third parties for marketing purposes.

As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
